WILL THIS PROCEDURE MEAN TIME OFF FROM WORK?

Little time off from work is required, depending on the type of work you do. If you are sensitive about how you will look during the days immediately following, you can wear a hat, or, if that's not possible in your work environment, Dr. McKenzie recommends beginning the process just before your holidays.
